Air Tickets
Air ticket sales are handled through the use of Galileo, a well know international GDS system. The internet user chooses the airport of origin and destination, number of adults, children and infants, the departure date and return date, if a return flight is desired. SaBIS will then query the Galileo System and return a choice of the eight cheapest flight combinations that have availability. The client will then have to select the flights he desires and the system connects to Galileo, books them, and returns the unique reservation number (PNR) to the client.

Hotel Accommodation
The sale of Hotel Accommodation is one of the most advanced features of SaBIS. The Travel Agency uploads the details all the accommodation contracts they may have with their various suppliers, as well as all the presentation material (Hotel Descriptions, photos, list of hotel and room amenities etc.). The internet user can then search this database, applying several criteria such as dates of stay, country, city, Hotel Star Rating, price range, desired amenities etc and receives a list of all hotels that satisfy the criteria along with and indication of their availability. The list seamlessly combines both the hotels that are part of the travel agency’s own inventory and those from external inventory providers. If the desired hotel is available, the user can proceed with his booking, otherwise he can send a request, upon which the agent will have to act.

Transfers
The travel agency may wish to offer various transfer services for their guests. The details of the services such as transfer type (VIP Limo transfer, Private Taxi Transfer, Mini Van or Bus), origin and destination, as well as the respective prices can be uploaded onto the SaBIS Booking engine. The internet user may subsequently choose from the list of offerings, book their transfer and specify the desired pickup place, date and time .

Rent a Car
The travel agency uploads the details of the contracts they may have with car rental companies, along with any presentation material (photos and descriptions). The internet user can then search for the desired car by applying criteria, such as country, city, car type, rental dates etc and receive a list of all suitable car types and their respective cost. He can then proceed with his booking, if the car is available or otherwise send a request, upon which the agent will have to act.

Organized Tours and Cruises
Booking an organized tour or cruise with SaBIS, couldn’t be easier for the end user! The travel agency uploads the cost and other details such as full schedule with photos, flight and accommodation details, optional activities etc of the package or the cruise. The internet user can then search all the packages, applying various criteria such as travel type, country, destination, price range and desired departure date and receive a list of those that satisfy the search criteria. In the search results Sabis will seamlessly combine both packages and cruises that are part of the travel agency’s own inventory and those from external inventory providers, in order to give to the client the widest possible choice. The user can then proceed with the booking, should his choice be available, or make a request upon which the agent will have to act.

Congresses and Events
Professional Congress Organizers can truly benefit from SaBIS’s capability of handling both the secretarial and the travel services aspect of a congress or an event. Information regarding the various registration types and their respective fees as well as all the rest of services offered either as part of the registration fee or as optional elements may be uploaded onto the booking engine. Likewise if the event in question has tickets associated with it (sports, performances etc), their respective prices and availability may be uploaded and monitored on line. Delegates and their accompanying persons may then register online, book their accommodation and choose all the other services they wish to participate in and that are associated with each congress or event.
